QUOTE FOR THE WEEK
Birthday Greetings to
None this week
Celebration Assembly
A reminder everyone is welcome to join us for assembly at 2.30 pm on a Friday in the hall.
Holy Spirit
The children in junior hub 1 display their symbols of the Holy Spirit in the shape of a dove made from paper plates and craft eyes.
Junior Catholic Quadrangular Tournament
Well done to the senior students who participated in the Catholic Schools Quadrangular Tournament for years 7-10 in Dunedin yesterday. Schools across the diocese competed for a shield in futsal, netball, basketball and rugby. It is a fantastic opportunity for students to meet other students and to see first-hand that they are part of a bigger faith community.
Students played their hearts out today in the face of tough opposition. Congratulations to all students competing today for your exemplary sportsmanship in representing St Joseph's school. Thank you very much to Mr Rjay Neri for coaching the basketball team and to Dodge and Sami from St Kevin's College for coaching the futsal team.
A reminder school is closed Friday 24th June for Matariki Day.
Sports Draw
Please look out for it further on the blog.
Yr 7 & 8 Camp Forms
These need to be returned to your teacher by Friday 17th June.
