Administration Forms
A reminder to return all these forms back to the school office by Tuesday 8th February.  Your information on these forms may not change from year to year but we still need to receive them back.  Please sign the forms that do not need amending with your signature and say no change.  The Generic Permission form needs to be completed and signed.

Found
A girl's pink sports shoe has been handed into the office as it was found in the car park.  Please come and claim it if it belongs to your daughter.

Goal Setting Meetings
These zoom meetings will be held on Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th February from 4.00 to 7.30 pm as we are unable to meet in person due to the red traffic light system.  To book your meeting, go to
www.schoolinterviews.co.nz   and login with the code uacvx

HP Vaccine for Yr 8 students
The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programme will be offered to all year 8 students at school.  During early-mid February, the Public Health Nurse associated with each school will be going education around the vaccinations to the year 8 students.  The students will be given a consent form to take home to their parents/caregivers.  If you do not wish for your child to partake in the education, please contact the school.

Please read the consent form carefully, fill it out in pen and return it to the school office asap, even if you do not consent for your child to be vaccinated at school.

No child will be vaccinated without their parent/caregiver's consent.
The HPV vaccination is also available free of charge through your practice nurse or doctor up to their 26th birthday.  Delaying the vaccine may mean your child needs more injections to be protected, as people aged 15 years and older need three vaccines.  For any further information, please phone the Public Health Nurse for your school (Verena Birchall) or look up www.health.govt.nz/hpv

Lost Property

There is a large number of lost property in the foyer.  Please come and look to see if anything belongs to you otherwise it will be given back to the Uniform Shop to be resold.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO NAME YOUR CHILD'S CLOTHING AS THERE ARE A LOT OF UNNAMED CLOTHES.  This is very important for when the children go swimming.
