Rippa Rugby Tournament
Yesterday our Yr 5/6 team competed in a qualifying tournament to attend the Yr 5/6 Rippa Rugby Hanan Shield against schools from Mid and South Canterbury and North Otago. The four teams that made the semi final qualified for this tournament.  Our team had some very close games where they won by only one try and in the semi final, they only lost by one try so it made for some very exciting spectator viewing. Amongst all the schools, there was some amazing talent on display. Thank you very much to Lee Woodhouse and Paul Aston for looking after the teams and to the parents who came and supported them.
