Covid Level 2 Guidelines
Parents - please sign the contact tracing book if you come into school and you are not allowed to go to your child's class during school time.  Please go to the office if you need to pass on a message or drop off something. Parents are reminded to stay outside the school grounds when picking up your children after school.

All children are expected to attend school while in Level 2.

Cross Country
See information on principal's page.  There are copies of the course on the main notice board in the foyer for all age groups. The cross country will start at 10.00 am and be finished by 11.15-11.30 pm.

Hungry Horse Cafe
Thank you to the parents who have offered their time to help out at the Hungry Horse Cafe this Sunday.  This is still going ahead at this stage.
Next week we will ask for volunteers for the next two meetings this year.

Found
A blue sequined purse with a blue angry bird and purple face attached to it has been handed into the office.  Please come to the office if it is your child's.

Sport
Saturday sport is waiting on the announcement tomorrow in regards to any sport being played this weekend.  At this stage draws are done for rugby and netball and we will confirm these tomorrow if these games go ahead. As basketball and miniball are played inside, these draws are unavailable at the moment.
If your games do go ahead, all health and safety precautions have to be met with contact tracing and sanitizing and 100 people maximum.

Rugby
This is the latest draw as some times have been changed to allow for games to be played and for teams to leave the grounds. NZ Rugby will make a decision Friday afternoon.

7 & 8 years - 10.00 am - Union v St Joseph's at Ngapara
9 & 10 years - 10.00 am - St Joseph's v Valley Gold at SKC
11 & 12 years - 12.30 pm - Union v St Joseph's/Athies at Ngapara

Netball
The Georgie Salter Memorial Day has been postponed to another Saturday and players are to wear their playing uniforms.  An announcement will be made on Friday afternoon from Netball NZ regarding Saturday competition. All 3 teams play at 9.00 am.

Swimming Trophies
Some of these were handed out last week at assembly and due to a mix up not all trophies were presented.  The rest of these will be handed out at assembly tomorrow.
