Please note that there will be a Confirmation parent meeting on Monday May 29 @ 7pm in the staffroom for parents with students who will be participating in the Sacrament of Confirmation at the end of the term.

FAITH FACT FOR WEEK 3

The Church is still Celebrating the Easter Season as we journey toward Pentecost.  The Easter Season begins on the evening of Easter Sunday and continues for fifty days, ending on the evening of Pentecost Sunday. The fifty days between Easter Sunday and Pentecost is a time of thanksgiving and joy for what Christ has done for humanity.

Two more Saints for the Church - Celebrating Mass last week on May 13^th, the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima and the 100th anniversary of the date when Our Lady of Fatima, appeared to three young children, Pope Francis canonized two of the three young shepherds, Jacinta and Francisco Marto. In announcing their canonization back in March, Pope Francis said we must all “listen attentively to the Mother of God and ask for peace in our world.”
