Crossing the Bridge

During the holidays we hosted a day’s
workshop run by Autism New Zealand. Our
whole staff attended and one of the big ideas we got from it was the idea of
“crossing the bridge.”
Our Drop and Drive
The Drop and Drive! Everyone's favourite place. Our main and only desire is that the traffic doesn't bank up resulting in some little person not being seen and getting hit. We will wait a bit longer so people have a chance for their children to get in the car but if the flow stops we will need to ask the front car(s) to move on. Please keep an eye out to make sure you're not making cars wait behind you and if you're asked, please help us by moving on quickly. Thank you.
Winter Sports
All teams are underway now. Everyone playing sports has had a St Joseph's Code of Conduct leaflet. Please make sure you read it with your child. All the codes have restrictions on the size of teams and so if you pull out in the season or can't make a game, this can seriously impact the rest of the team who may have to play with less players than the opposition. If you really can't make a game please let your coach know. Remember also to be good winners and good losers, play your best and support your team to be the best they can be.
The Holy Spirit
God Bless
