School Roll will be taken at 9.00 am and the children will meet for their long distance race at 9.15 am. Please do not let your children be late.

Helpers - please be at school at 9.00 am
Weather - fine - we will go ahead as usual
A bell will indicate the change of events and to move on to the next rotation.
Relays will be run on Tuesday 16th November at 2.30 pm
Senior children will run in their age groups from 8 years old as of 1st October 2021
Children have already had one measurement taken during their athletic practices so everyone has 3 recordings on each rotation. This is also taken into account when deciding placings.
Children are to wear their school PE gear including sport shoes and bring the following items:
SUN HAT – very important
Track pants, school jacket, school polar fleece, warm clothes (if cold)
Enough food and snacks to last the whole day
Please do not bring any glassware, energy or fizzy drinks.
The athletics celebration for Junior Hub 1 children will start at 1.40 and go to 2.15 pm. The gear will be packed up and they will join the seniors for the whole school relays starting at 2.30 pm. Children in the Kiwi class will join the Junior Hub children as part of their PE class and will need to bring their PE gear. All children are split into age groups and go round each rotation for 5 minutes. They will start off with sprints.
Children are to wear their PE gear to school on this day.
