Farewell
Tomorrow we will farewell the following Yr 8 families who will leave St Joseph's.  We thank them for their contribution to our school and wish them all the best.

Home and School
We have only had a handful of replies returned for the 2016 Food Fair.  Please email the school office with your reply to office@stjoseph.school.nz  There is a food fair meeting on Thursday 4th February at 7.30 pm in Ruma Koru.

We have started a Facebook page which will keep you informed of any updates of what is happening, meeting dates and requests for help. Go to this link to log on.

School Lunches

There will be no school lunches available in week 1 of term 1.
School Swimming Dates

A reminder about that we will have senior school swimming for years 4-8 on the first Friday back on February 5th February. Monday 8th February is a public holiday (Waitangi Day) and there will be senior swimming on Tuesday 9th to Friday 12th February inclusive.
Stationery lists and School Reports
Please check your child's bag for next years stationery list and school report.

Scholastic Book Club
We are looking for a volunteer to run the Scholastic Book Club as Maria Dickie is stepping down after a few years as her children are finishing school.  Thank you for all your valuable time Maria which has been much appreciated.  Please leave your name at the office if you are interested.

Thursday Mass
There is no school mass tomorrow morning and it will resume again next year.

Thursday 17th December timeline

  • 10.45 to 11.30 am - parent thank you morning tea in Ruma Koru (staff room)
  • 11.30 am - leadership roles for 2016 announced
  • 11.45 am - 12.35 pm - final assembly and carols in the hall
  • 12.35 pm - school finishes for 2015

Uniform Shop
The shop will be open on Friday 29th January from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and Monday 1st February from 8.30 to 9.00 am.  If you require any further information, please ring Adele on 027 434 3338
