On the 22nd July 1987 Lotto goes on sale for the first time in New Zealand. Many people pray to win the lotto. Better to follow Jesus example of loving your neighbour and yourself. Make a realistic budget for your family and stick to it. In addition, seek wise advice concerning your finances. Buy a ticket only if you can afford the loss. And know God loves you and wants to help you face financial problems realistically.

COMPOSTING FOOD WASTE - DID YOU KNOW:

The food in landfills is deprived of oxygen (and insects), it barely breaks down. Worse - as it slowly decays, this food releases climate-damaging methane gas which is 25 times more harmful than carbon dioxide over a 100-year period. The nutrients of landfill food encased in plastic, may not return to the soil for many hundreds of years.  Home composting is the best method of avoiding landfill and makes food for our gardens Living our lives with love.
