Club Day
First team named provides the referee unless one is named. WCS stands for Whitestone Contracting
Stadium.
Mouth guards are compulsory for all players in all grades.
Club Day
All our 4 teams are playing at 10.00 am
at St Kevin’s College on Saturday and there will be a bbq organised as each
player, coach and manager receives a sausage and drink. The bbq will be situated beside the number
two field and I need 4 volunteers to run the bbq from 9.50 to 11.10 am. Two people from 9.50.00 to 10.30 am and another
two from 10.30 to 11.10 am. Please let
Mrs Brien know before Saturday if you can help. ( I have received one offer of
help so far)
Pompellier Tournament
We are sending our 9/10 and 11/12 teams
to the Pompallier Rugby tournament in Ashburton this Sunday. Coaches have sorted teams and transport. Good luck to all involved.
Girls Rugby Competition
Girls grade starting this Friday and
will run until the end of the term. This
is for girls aged 7 years to 12/13 year old, (primary school ages). This will be at WCS from 4pm-5pm. Girls can do
this as well as play Saturday rugby.

Football – Friday 17th May
The First Kicks (Midget) Skills
programme is on Fridays from 4.00 to 4.45 pm at the North Otago A & P
Showgrounds. Parents should arrive by
3.50 pm so their child is ready to start at 4.00 pm. Players will need their club uniforms, shin
pads and a drink bottle.

MINIBALL AND BASKETBALL INFORMATION
No Duty – No Points – If the duty team or duty referee does not turn
up for your game, please note on the score sheet for that game. The points the duty team/duty referee would have
received for their game that night will not be added to their overall
competition points for placings.
Score Bench Duties
If you cannot do your duty, please arrange for someone else to do your
duty. Please note that you only do score
bench duty when your team is on score bench duty in the draw.

Basketball - Wednesday 22nd May
Yr 7 & 8 Network Waitaki Tournament
North Otago will again host the Network Waitaki Boys & Girls
Basketball Tournament. Pupils who are
attending school in Year 7 & 8 are eligible to attend this tournament. Depending on team numbers, the tournament may
start early on the Friday morning and run through to late Sunday
afternoon. Entries are now being called
for and these will close on Friday 28th June 2019.
