Caritas

Home & School
A wee reminder to return your raffle cards sold or unsold to the office and they appreciate all the donations and the sold cards that have been already returned.
House Colour Day
Next Wednesday the House Captains have organised a House Colour Day. Please come to school dressed in your house colours and your sport shoes and bring a gold coin donation for Caritas to support the Lenten Appeal. They will be monitoring an array of fun events/games that the children will manage.
Lost
Hamish Fowler has lost his named school polar fleece. Please check your child's clothing to see if they have the right one.
Netball
Team lists will be put on the noticeboard tomorrow and a letter with netball information will be sent home to parents.
Pet Day tomorrow
A reminder that all pets have to be taken home at 11.00 am.
Rippa Teams
On Friday 31st March, we will be taking part in the annual Rippa Rugby Tournament at Whitestone Contracting Stadium. This year we have entered 5 teams. We are still looking for a parent to look after the Yr 3/4 team and if you can help, please contact Miss Lind on slind@stjoseph.school.nz Players are to wear correct PE shorts and top and can chose to play in either bare feet or sneakers. Please ensure they have enough food and water to get through the day and will need a sunhat and sunscreen. The teams will leave school at 9.15 am and there is a welcome at 9.45 am with the first game starting at 10.00 am. The games should be finished by 2.00 pm.

- Kakanui Big Beach Day - held on Saturday 1st April starting at 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. There will be a surf competition, beach dig, live music, food and drinks, market, spot prizes.... Great family day out at Campbells Bay.
- Lighthouse Art - children's aret classes will be resuming shortly.
