Subway Lunches
Will resume again on Friday 3rd July (last day of the school term) and will be half price i.e. $3.00 each for a 6 inch or $4.50 for a foot long.



St Kevin's College Open Day & Evening
This will be held on Thursday 25th June for anyone wishing to send their children to St Kevin's.  The Principals Welcome is at 1.00 and 7.00 pm.

Uniform Shop
Would like any spare winter girls long sleeve shirts from size 8 upwards.  If you have any spare winter sports gear that you do not use anymore and would like to donate to the
Uniform Shop, please drop them in at the office.and if anyone has any spare shin pads.  Rugby socks are available to buy for $15.00 each.

Wheels Day
This is happening every Friday lunchtime until the end of term.  Remember if you do not wear a helmet you cannot ride your scooter, bike or roller skate.

Winter Sports
Sports Code of Conduct
This will be given out next week to each family. Please take the time to read this to your child and ensure
they understand it.

Uniforms

Rugby players will be given their uniforms next week 11 (currently week 10) and the other codes
will be given theirs in week 12. Fees need to have been paid or started paying before you receive your uniform.

Rugby

At the rugby meeting this week, it was decided by all clubs to play 10 a-side rugby for all grades
from the 7/8, 9/10 and 11/12. Don't forget to purchase your mouth guards otherwise your child will not be
able to play. Rugby socks can be purchased from the uniform shop.

Netball 
North Otago Netball are holding a holiday programme for any Year 6/7 or 8 player on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th July at the Waitaki Rec Centre from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.  It will be two days filled with fun, skills and spot prizes and all at no cost.  Click to register on the below link.

Fees - 2020 is a shorter season due to the Covid-19 outbreak and some codes have altered their fees
based on this reason. All fees include $5.00 uniform hire, $5.00 admin and allowance for replacing
gear and first aid supplies.
We would like the fees to be paid or a payment plan in place before the season starts or you can
speak to Mrs Frances-Rees about options. (Rugby can be paid before term 3 starts, not their start
date of 27 June).  If you have already paid money off this year’s sport fees, I will let you know
your outstanding balance.
BASKETBALL – 10 weeks in term 3

MINIBALL – 10 weeks in term 3

HOCKEY
Yr 1/2 (Funsticks grade) - $30.00 per player inc turf fees 
Yr 3-8 – $75.00 - player will be charged from our school 
RUGBY - 6 weeks plus 2 development days

NETBALL - 10 weeks in term 3
Yr 1/2 - $10.00 per player
Yr 3-8 - $20.00 per player
