1. Principal's News Week 5 Term 4 2018

Athletics
It was a great day on Wednesday with the whole school and North School both celebrating and competing in athletics at Whitestone Stadium.  I imagine there were many tired people (and not just little ones) in the evening.

Thank you to all the parent helpers and St Kevin's student helpers.  And a huge thank you to Paula Brien, our sports coordinator who took on this mammoth event.

With such a big undertaking, starting from scratch and putting two schools together for the first time, there were bound to be some teething problems and they will be fixed for next time.  Putting those one or two crinkles to one side, it was a fantastic day, warm, sunny with lots of good will and sportsmanship.  The children did us all proud.

Uniform Vote
Every family has had a voting paper.  If you haven't had one please contact the office.  This will effect everyone.  We want to be clear that we have a majority of families choosing an option before we pursue it.  So please vote - Anne Rzepecky will be following up any families with outstanding voting papers next week, so please save her the time, tick your preferred box and return it to school by next Wednesday.

Aroha and God Bless
Lorraine Frances-Rees
