5. Congratulations and Welcome Week 5, Term 3

Welcome
We warmly welcome Hunter Gough and Rheanna Coscos who started school this week to Ruma Kauri.









First Holy Communion
Last Sunday a group of our children made their First Holy Communion at the Basilica.  A very special day was had by all.



Principal's Award
The Principals Award last week went to Tess McAtamney and Polly Harper for volunteering their help with gymnastic practices in readiness for the competition coming up in a couple of weeks.

Hockey Reps

Congratulations to all our children who played hockey this year as they all got selected in rep teams for North Otago hockey.  Well done. Absent from the photo is Maddison Bleach.

 Basketball and Miniball Prize giving
Congratulations to the boys Bullets Miniball team who went through the season undefeated and came away with the winners trophy.  Well done boys.  Absent from the photo is Halalova Asi.

Congratulations also to Grace Keno who received a trophy for being the Most Improved girl in the Miniball competition and to Taylor Pickworth for receiving a trophy for Skills and Teamwork in the Basketball competition.  Well done.
